# Two-piece hull — R92

Use these two pieces instead of the one-piece hull. Both include the current R92 changes.

| M4 × 15 socket-head screw | 6 |
| M4 hex nut, 7 mm across flats | 6 |
| M4 washer, outside diameter 9 mm, thickness 0.8 mm | 6 |
| Epoxy from the two-part kit | As needed |

1. Print both halves in PETG, flat exterior base down. Use standard/default settings and 15% gyroid infill.
2. Dry-fit both halves on a flat surface, then separate them.
3. Apply a thin layer of two-part epoxy to the mating faces and engage the two locating pins.
4. Seat the six nuts in the pockets on the battery side.
5. Insert the six screws and washers from the motor/computer side. Tighten progressively.
6. Let the epoxy cure before installing the electronics and battery.

The middle track mounts stay entirely on the motor/computer half. The arm-platform insert bosses stay entirely on the front half.

The rear piece measures 203 × 237 × 66 mm; the front piece measures 144.5 × 211 × 66 mm. The joint retains 0.25 mm sliding clearance and 0.30 mm radial pin clearance. The two small fit coupons reproduce one pin and one bolt station if you want to try the fit first.
